Average delivery times

We strive for the best price-quality ratio for our products. That is why we choose to send the products directly from the supplier.

This allows us to save enormously on transport, storage, packaging and shipping costs and offer the products at a fair price.

Every order is processed within 24 hours and the average delivery time is between 5-14 days. (Belgium is between 8-15 days)

Has your package still not been delivered 3 days after our average delivery time? Please contact us so we can see where your package is and whether there is anything wrong with it.

Products that contain batteries or rechargeable batteries fall outside our average delivery time. This has to do with extra safety regulations during transport because they are highly flammable products.

NB: We are dependent on our courier services, if your package is not delivered within our average delivery time, we cannot do anything about it. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and we are legally obliged to deliver your package within 30 days of the date the order was placed.
